What should I do if the amp reading on my EX6 extruder is unusually high?

First, try cleaning the barrel/screw. Follow the steps on this video.

Second, make sure there is no debris in the screw socket.

Then, run it again with the cleaned barrel and screw with no material. If the amperage is still high, please contact support.
