The traverse isn't working on my spooler.
Follow these steps to diagnose the problem:
1.) Unplug the power and take the back panel off the spooler
2.) There are typically two potential issues: either a problem with the coupler connecting the traverse motor to the traverse screw, or an issue with the traverse board or its connections. First, let's check for any loose connections on the traverse board. Carefully inspect it and ensure all wires are securely connected and properly seated. If everything appears in order, move on to checking the traverse coupler...
3.) A small pink tube connects the traverse motor to the traverse screw. If the coupler is intact, the motor should resist coming off once the two screws on the side are removed. If the motor detaches easily after removing the screws, there is likely an issue with the coupler. Please contact customer support for replacement parts.
4.) If you're still unable to diagnose the problem, we will need you to send the unit back for repairs.
