Pelletizer isn't chopping, it leaves strands of filament instead.

The material you are trying to pelletize may be too soft. You could try freezing the material first to see if that helps. The pelletizer works best with rigid Materials, ABS, PLA, Ultem, PEEK, PS, HIPS. It does not cut TPU and other soft materials.
