Is there a screw design you recommend for polypropylene?

Our Standard Screw should work well with PP. However, if you are mixing materials, then we recommend using our Mixer Element Screw for improved blending and consistency of the final product.

We do not recommend extruding PP with the EX2 as it is very difficult.
