Filament is fusing together in the feed chamber of the Reclaimer.

Troubleshooting Tips:

1.) What size material is going into the Granulator? It is recommended to screen the output of the Shredder to remove material smaller than 1/4 inch before transferring it to the Granulator. This reduces over-granulating of smaller material and helps ensure that the final granule size is as consistent as possible.

2.) Does it look like some of the smaller pieces are fusing together in the granulator?  If it looks like some of the smaller pieces are fusing together, clear out the granulator side frequently to prevent buildup. You could also try freezing the material before granulating.

3.) Are you using 100% support material? Customers have noticed that recycling 100% support material causes this issue, and mixing it with regular prints remedies the problem.

4.) Are the cutting blades rubbing against metal anywhere? or have you been using filament with fillers or additives? If you answered yes to either of these questions, please email customer support so we can further assist you.
