Can the EX2 handle abrasive materials?

The EX2 would certainly be capable of extruding polymers mixed with abrasive materials. However, over time you will experience wear on the stainless steel components of the extruder. This would eventually affect the extrusion quality. Our EX6 Industrial Series features a nitraded screw and barrel for increased longevity when using abrasive materials.
